These are the longer version of the cables included with the AH-705 tuner. These made the difference between being warm or cold while out for Winter Field Day! I could leave my tuner outside in the cold near the antenna feed point, while protected inside my tent operating the IC-705.

It's important to note that this Heil BM17 headset is the IC model:
The BM-17-iC headset, using our (Heil's) iC electret element, was created for use with ICOM radios. This element has been made to utilize bias power in ICOM radios which addresses low-gain issues that arise when using dynamic elements. The iC adapters have no internal DC blocking capacitor so bias voltage can be passed allowing the iC electret element to operate. The iC element has an operating frequency response of 35Hz – 12kHz.
The Heil BM17DIC is an on-ear headset and is the binaural version (both ears).

Comet's CST-30 Antenna Connector Mounting Bracket for IC-705, FT-818 and FT-817 makes it easy to use portable antennas with your QRP portable radio. The bracket mounts to the radio, and has an adjustable angle for the antenna, with holes for alternative antenna connectors SMA and BNC. A BNC-Male to UHF (SO-239) mount cable is included for connection of the radio to the antenna.
